Refund Policy

At Ashutosh Business Coaching, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional value and support through our comprehensive coaching programs. To maintain the integrity of our services and ensure fairness to all participants, we have established the following refund policy. Please read it carefully before enrolling:

1. No Refunds After Enrollment
   Due to the personalized, long-term nature of our coaching program, all payments are strictly non-refundable once your enrollment is confirmed. This policy applies regardless of whether you have started, partially completed, or not yet begun the course.
2. Commitment to the Program
   Enrollment in our coaching programs represents a mutual commitment. We reserve your spot and allocate resources, time, and materials specifically for you. As such, withdrawal or non-participation does not entitle you to a refund, either in full or in part.
3. Non-Transferable Enrollment
   Your enrollment is non-transferable. You may not transfer your participation, access, or payments to another individual or defer your enrollment to a future program.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
   We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. If you believe you have a truly exceptional circumstance (such as a serious medical emergency), you must notify us in writing at email: Ashutosh.j.tiwari@gmail.com for now within 7 days of the event. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any decision regarding refunds or credits is at the sole discretion of Ashutosh Tiwari. Supporting documentation may be required.
5. No Refunds for Lack of Participation
   Failure to attend sessions, participate in program activities, or utilize coaching resources does not qualify for a refund. It is your responsibility to make the most of the opportunities provided during the program.
6. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction
   We strive to deliver the highest quality coaching experience. However, dissatisfaction with the program, coaching style, or outcomes does not constitute grounds for a refund.
7. Payment Plans
   If you are on a payment plan, you are required to complete all scheduled payments as agreed upon enrollment. Non-payment or cancellation of payments does not release you from your financial commitment to the full program fee.
8. Changes to the Program
   Ashutosh Business Coaching reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule, content, or delivery method as necessary. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
9. Agreement to Policy
   By enrolling in our 1-year coaching program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy in its entirety.
